Our first visit here. The diner vibes and the staff are great. My wife is gluten intolerant, and they were able to accommodate her. We both had the big belly scramble. Please choose the biscuit with the pepper gravy. It's awesome!!!!!. The place was clean, and the environment was relaxed. Now we know where to go for breakfast when passing through Airway Heights. Update: The food and customer service are still really good. Stay away from the sweets, or you'll gain some extra pounds! Haha.
We have been dining at Billie’s for years now. An amazing breakfast is how we kick off the weekend week after week. We love the seasonal, changing menu, but please don’t ever remove the spicy pork & grits. The staff is always extremely friendly, and so accommodating. We love Ashlyn, she has been there for as long as I can remember. She is the perfect combination of professionalism and friend. You know when you are at her table she will take care of you. She knows how to treat every guest that comes through those doors.
Great food that is a step above the "basic" diner menu. We especially liked the peppered gravy which was great on biscuits, hash browns and the home style potatoes. The veggie scramble, as with the rest, was very good, so their menu has some depth to it. The place was very clean with even the bathrooms spotless. Service was excellent, very friendly and helpful, even offering a tasting sample of the gravy since it seems a small number of people are not into the stronger pepper style sausage gravy. We will definitely be back especially with all it's positives offered at good prices and plenty big portions. Looking forward to trying the pulled pork eggs Benedict on our next visit.

Classic dinner, good food and portions thereof. I had a burger witch had fresh lettuce, cucumber pickles that weren't from a can, and more. Good burger. Specials of the day photo attached. Notice the blueberry sauce on a hamburger!
We just had the best breakfast! The sausage gravy with sage and rosemary is to die for! Homemade hashbrowns and crispy bacon that dissolves in your mouth. Our waitress Brittany was phenomenal and we loved her. We owned a cafe style restaurant for 30 years and were so proud to serve homemade food, but Billie’s would have been a huge rival 😂 I can’t say enough about the food and staff. We felt at home.
We arrived at 8:30ish on a Sunday and it was mostly packed, the tiny place has few tables, so there was a wait. Once seated service was pretty quick. The food is all made in-house and it was all DELICIOUS. Everything was generous for the portions. the pork grits were flavorful and rich, the herb gravy was packed with flavorful herbs and good sized pieces of sausage. The lemon bar french toast was delightfully sweet. The breakfast burrito was huge and the pork belly scramble was very satisfying. The hash browns were like what grandma would make, and perha p s my favorite thing there. There was a line out the door at some points and I can see why, because it was well worth the wait! The only downside was that the coffee tasted burned, but it may just be a darker roast than we prefer- a little extra creamer and it was fine.
This place is EXACTLY WHAT IVE BEEN LOOKING FOR!!! Breakfast is my favorite meal, and being a truck driver, I have eaten at many diners all across the country. The food is literally from local farms and is all hand selected! You can tell by the way it tastes! Like the taste of those days NEVER LEFT THIS DINER!!! I will be back!!! Brittney was so informative and can tell loves her job! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!!

Our service was amazing we didn’t want for anything, the Irish Apple Pie and Carrot Cake are a definite must try. I am so grateful my husband saw this adorable diner while visiting beautiful Spokane! When I first arrived here in Spokane, I had found this restaurant on Google maps and wow. This place has amazing food and a very comfortable atmosphere. Even for a small diner, this place has amazed me with their food and service. They work with local farms to give you the best quality of food. You can definitely taste and see the care they put into their food and menu. They have specials that change weekly and are delicious. Everything I have had has been nothing short of amazing. The biscuits and gravy are delicious. The gravy has a lot of herbs and spices and is made in house. They even make their own biscuits in house. Not your typical soggy biscuits and gravy that you get at other diners. They put a lot of time, energy, love, and care into every dish.
